Getting there.

Last night I finished up my final 8 shoe blocks! This is how all of them look at the moment.


Now I need to work on squaring them all up to 7.5 inches.

I also got out the leftover fabric and blocks from Tiny's Quilt and cut them into 3 inch squares and made 16 patches from the leftovers.


I'm not quite sure what I am going to do with them just yet, but they are pretty to look at.

    Love your shoe blocks. Is the shoe appliqued onto the block?

    Those shoes are adorable! I've never made a quilt for my mother-in-law because I've never been able to find the perfect pattern for her, but I think she would adore those shoes! Did you make up the pattern or find / buy it online?
