When I was working on my Hattie's Choice quilt that I showed off yesterday, I also prepared the binding for and sewed the binding onto my already quilted Rail Fence baby quilt.
For this quilt, I used red solid cotton for the binding since I have almost no fabric left from this bundle!
Since this quilt was already quilted and trimmed, it was quick work to add the binding to this quilt.
I also hand stitched the binding to the backing on this quilt -- this might be the "new norm" for quilting during quarantine for me!

Congratulations on another finish! The solid red frames it very nicely.
ReplyDeleteWow, that was an easy finish. Doesn't it feel good to cross another one off the list?

Great finish, Alison!!!
ReplyDeleteLovely little quilt. I need to follow your lead and finish something - it's hard to keep motivated when there are too many unfinished projects around the place. Just hope I can order in backing and batting...
ReplyDeleteYou've been on a roll with the finishes. Congrats on all the productivity. It seems we are working longer now that we are working from home.
