I made my July Stash Bee Blocks:
And I started my Uncle Sam wall hanging -- and yes, I get the irony that I started it ON the Fourth of July. It is very, very festive! I have three borders that go around the outside of this one and I am almost halfway done making the flying geese units for the first border.
I'm also really excited about this project because I am using all fabrics from my stash -- some of which was bought for this project, others not. I will definitely have more than enough to back and bind this little beauty as well!
And it's the weekend... again!
I totally love that Uncle Sam wall-hanging! Too cute :)
ReplyDeleteOMGosh - the Uncle Sam wall hanging is amazing. I totally want one (haha and I am Canadian!). I love that you sewed on Independence Day - a very happy way to spend time, I think!
ReplyDeleteLove the Uncle Sam. I need to make a patriotic wall hanging. Is the pattern available somewhere?
ReplyDeleteI sewed on the 4th, too! Love the Uncle Sam wall hanging; it's great to use the stash!
