Since last I posted, I finished two blocks. For these dark teal blocks, I have been doing them in smaller batches broken up by which fabric they feature for the aqua secondary background. These two blocks used some leftover Bonnie and Camille April Showers fabric.
I also have all of the block parts ready to go for the next five blocks.
These should zip together relatively quickly when and if I find time at my sewing machine this week or weekend.
I hope that you are all making the most of your mandatory staycations! I really thought I would have more time given that I don't have my daily work commute, but really, I am just sleeping more.
Sleeping more is great! Me, too! I've been getting up at 7, and usually I'm out of the house by 6:45. The extra sleep has been lovely, and has the bonus of being good for the immune system.
